• Title: Operations Supervisor
  Job Location: Based in San Jose, CA with travel around the Bay Area
  Job Classification: non-exempt
  Starting date: approximately 1/1/2010
  Number of positions open: 1
  Hours: 40 per week
  Wages: Up to $19.00 per hour
  Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid driver’s license and have held previous janitorial supervision positions. Additional credit for floor/carpet care knowledge and bilingual skills.

• Title: Cleaning Specialist (regular hours or on call)
  Job Location: San Jose, CA/South Bay and Fremont, CA
  Job Classification: non-exempt
  Starting date: approximately 12/15/2010
  Number of positions open: 6
  Hours: 5 days per week, 2-3 hours per night (10-15 hours per week total) with opportunities for more hours
  Wages: Starting at $9.00 per hour, additional opportunities for advancement available with tenure

Requirements

Applicants must have an attention to detail and the physical ability to conduct all custodial tasks. This includes lifting up to 40lbs, reaching high and low to dust, and performing other physical demands for up to eight (8) hours per day. You must have transportation available to the job site. ManageMen Operating System (OS1) knowledge a plus, but not necessary. Advancement opportunities through a certification process are provided for successful employees.
