• Title: Janitor/Cleaning Specialist
  Job Location: Fremont, CA
  Job Classification: non-exempt
  Number of positions open: 1
  Hours: 10 per week, Monday-Friday, 7-9pm
  Wages: Up to $11.00 upon completing certifications
  Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must have transportation to the job site. You also need to be able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day, reach high and low places, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Title: Janitor/Cleaning Specialist
  Job Location: Cupertino, CA
  Job Classification: non-exempt
  Number of positions open: 1
  Hours: 15 per week, Monday-Friday, 8-11pm
  Wages: Up to $11.00 upon completing certifications
  Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must have transportation to the job site. You also need to be able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day, reach high and low places, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Title: Working Janitorial Supervisor
  Job Location: Based in San Jose, CA with travel around the Bay Area
  Job Classification: non-exempt
  Number of positions open: 1
  Hours: 30-40 per week
  Wages: Up to $20.00 per hour with tenure, certifications, and job responsibilities.
  Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must have a clean, valid driver’s license and have held previous janitorial supervision positions. Additional credit for floor/carpet care knowledge.

• Title: On-Call Cleaning Specialist
  Job Location: Bay Area, CA
  Job Classification: non-exempt
  Hours: This position fills in for nightly employees in case of illness or absence. Hours vary and are not guarenteed.
  Wages: Up to $11.00 per hour; starting at $9.00 per hour, additional opportunities for advancement available with tenure

Requirements

Applicants must have an attention to detail and the physical ability to conduct all custodial tasks. This includes lifting up to 40lbs, reaching high and low to dust, and performing other physical demands for up to eight (8) hours per day. You must have transportation available to the job site. ManageMen Operating System (OS1) knowledge a plus, but not necessary. Advancement opportunities through a certification process are provided for successful employees.
